Calvados Guillaume de Normandie is produced on the schistous soils of the Domfront and Fert Mac regions and is made from high quality ciders, with a mix of carefully selected and processed apple and pear varieties. It undergoes pot still distillation. The resulting spirit is aged for at least two years in wooden barrels. All
